Quotation
The rates of hire, delivery and collection will be specified in writing in the form of a quotation. Verbal estimates may be given as a guide only and may be varied in writing at a later date. Quotes are provisional on a delivery time of 30-45 minutes. Delay on delivery or collection may be chargeable down to reason (night rate may be applicable). Cleaning Fees are also chargeable (£55+VAT) if returned in a poor sanitary condition.

Simply Chillin has the right to remove the trailer from hire if the customer fails to meet the payment terms specified in the quotation. All quotations are exclusive of VAT! Simply Chillin can charge 5% above the bank base rate on all overdue accounts.
Maintenance
All trailers are inspected before delivery and collection; any misuse will be chargeable at total replacement rates. Good ventilation must be supplied to the compressor and condenser at all times! Failure to do so will result in poor temperature levels and potential damage. Furthermore, If the doors are left open for an extended period, the trailer will not retain the required temperature.

Power cables must be kept in good order, out of sight and trip hazard free, and any exposure must be highlighted to the Simply Chillin staff.

If a trailer is moved by anyone other than Simply Chillin staff, a 25% charge may be applicable. Simply Chillin does not cover hirers to tow our trailers; please ensure drivers have full comprehensive insurance.
Damage
All trailers are checked before and after a hire period. Any damage will be chargeable at the total cost of replacement or repair. Failure to tell Simply Chillin may result in additional charges if the trailers are scheduled for another hire immediately and leads to any cancelations or delays of business.
Lost/Stolen Items
In most cases, Simply Chillin will not provide the hirer with the keys to move the trailers and/or to remove any security devices. In some circumstances, the hirer can be supplied the keys. However, a 25% charge and a copy of identification will apply! If any items are lost or stolen due to hirer neglect, the full price of replacement or repair will be charged! All items must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.
